1. Go to Mail > Accounts > Add Account and then Continue
2. Enter your Email address and Password here, like below then Sign In to your account.
3. Now, you have to fill in the server settings for your Email account:
4. Finally, you will be asked which programs you want to use this account with. If you want to include notes with your email then tick mark Notes here.
5.That's all! you can now use your email account with the Mac Mail application!
